At Drurys Engineering, our Wire EDM and Spark Erosion capabilities allow us to produce complex geometries and fine details with unparalleled accuracy. Utilising three Mitsubishi MV1200R Wire EDM machines with a capacity of 400 x 300 x 220 mm, we achieve precise cutting on intricate components, even in ultra-hard materials. This technology is ideal for projects requiring draft angles, intricate profiles, or extremely tight tolerances.

Our Mitsubishi SG12S Spark Erosion machine further enhances our capabilities, enabling us to produce intricate cavities and shapes that would be challenging to machine conventionally. Spark erosion is especially useful for parts with difficult-to-reach areas, achieving smooth finishes and high accuracy on complex designs.
